Flying objects with mounted camera filmed part of the footage in this video. It’s a great way to capture an outdoor event. This video was made during 2012 Thanksgiving “Six-A-Side” Tournament on the grounds of the Sarasota International Cricket Club.

It also shows the parade of cars from the members of the British Car Club, who use the grounds for their annual Thanksgiving Picnic on Sunday.

Only recently the club released a new website: Sarasota Internation Cricket Club, where they announce the information for the 2013 Six-A-Side Tournament

The website was made through Wix services, another free service for DIY websites.

On Wix website we learned that “more than 23 million websites (and still counting) have been created using the Wix platform and one million new users sign up for Wix each month.” 

The business model seems to copy most of WordPress.com model, with add-ons as Premier services. The adjacent App Store caters to developers to build additional features. There seems to be extensive documentation  for developers to build WiX Apps. We will explore this part of the services and will report in the next few weeks. 

Disclosure: Since 2008, my husband, Christian Haack, and I made annual trips to the Six a Side Tournament on Thanksgiving Sunday and have a great time with our friends at the Sarasota International Cricket Club.
